In compliance with law 34/2002 of the information Society and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), we inform you that the ownership of the domain of our online store, www.meliumglobal.com corresponds to Melium Global S.L. (hereinafter MG), a company legally incorporated in Spain with CIF ES-B64822364. Entered in the Barcelona Mercantile Register: tomo 40.389, sheet 169, page B-366.402, entry 1.

2.- Application objective and scope
These general conditions of recruitment and use are intended to regulate the provision of the information provided in the online store of MG, and commercial transactions that may arise between MG and www.meliumglobal.com domain users. Whether browsing the online shop or the purchase of any products offered on it, suppose the user acceptance without reservations of any kind, each and every one of these general terms and conditions and use. MG will ba able to change at any moment and without previous advise, to change this conttract & use general conditions, as well as particular conditions, if any, are included, by posting such changes on the store so they can be known by users, and there is a record of the date of such modifications.
Integral part of these conditions is the document called Shipping & Returns
It is taken as the location the physical address of the headquarters of MG. For the resolution of disagreements, the parties submit to arbitration under the Consumer Arbitration Board of Catalonia (JACC)
3.- Prices
The prices of goods and services include VAT, but no shipping costs and/or management or installation, you will be shown before checkout based on the shipping address in your order.
Shipping to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and areas outside the European Customs Union do not include the costs (tarifs) on imports, to be paid in cash on arrival by the receiver of the goods.
Prices are valid as long as they are published on our website. Sale prices apply to each item in each order will be valid on the date of receipt of the order in our offices. Prices are valid for sales in the entire territory of Spain and European geographical area of the following European countries: Germany, France, Italy and Portugal. The geographical areas or countries outside Europe have not included specific transport costs which must be consulted in each case, by email or telephone.
4.- How to buy

STEP 3: DELIVERY
You can accept the address of your registration or change the delivery address.

You can optionally add a comment to your order at the end click "Continue"
Step 4: PAYMENT
MG, to facilitate the purchase process, offers you various methods of payment;
Orders cannot be collected in physical stores.
STEP 5: CONFIRMATION
We show a screen with all the details of the shipment and payment as well as all costs including transport). Make sure everything is correct, if you find any inaccurate information or you want to change it, you can still do so.
To change the address details of delivery, billing or product, click on the word "Edit" in the correspondent green box and you will go back in the process.

You will receive an email confirming the reception of the order to MG. The order is not final until MG verifies that the payment has been received.
5.- Order cancellation
Once the purchase is done in the shortest time possible, always before 24 hours after the execution of the purchase, MG Customer Services will send you the proof of purchase by e-mail. If you disagree with the information provided in this confirmation you can request the amendment of such or the cancellation of the contract. 6.- Retention of title
MG expressly reserves ownership of the goods delivered until full payment of the purchase price.
7.- Electrical Appliances
MG is not responsible for any failures of electrical equipment purchased on the website. All are original equipment purchased from the manufacturer. In case of malfunction MG will facilitate the purchase ticket for the user to carry out the relevant claim.
8.- Warrantee
All our items are guaranteed by the manufacturer against manufacturing defects for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. It does not include defects accused by neglect, beatings, misuse or tampering, improper installation, etc .., Or materials that are worn from use. MG reserves the right to request an official service mark, a verification of origin of the problem. Should be a defect caused by misuse, repair is bilable. In those incidents that justify the use of collateral are eligible for repair, replacement of the article, rebate or refund under the terms established by law.
