Shipping
Goods travel at Melium Global (hereafter MG) risk to the point of delivery specified in the order. Shuttle service includes the unloading of the goods, in its immediate vicinity and easy access. Does not include any porters service.
The delivery is considered done when the product becomes available to the Customer by the carrier and the customer, or person as he may delegate for the reception, expressed its agreement with the state and the quantity of goods received by signing the delivery note carrier.
It is for the receptor to verify the products upon receipt and then expose all the caveats and claims it deems appropriate in the delivery note.
In either case has to communicate this in 24 hours at infoweb@meliumglobal.com to make appropriate representations to the transportation agency. After these 24 hours shall be deemed accepted the shipment and we will not accept claims for shipping damage or faults.
If the destination address provided is incorrect or client is not usually in that address, MG is not be responsible for delays or damage in delivery and for the order return due to the delivery address, the costs incurred in the operation will be charged to customer without return possibility.
Delivery time
Deliveries will be made as far as possible in the period 5-8 business days . In case of bank transfer, the period begins to run from the confirmation of admission. The maximum delivery time on orders for items of immediate availability is fifteen days from the date of receipt of your order at our offices.
Business Days are considered workables Monday to Friday. The delivery schedule is set out by our logistics operator at the address provided. In case of absence the carrier will leave a notice of arrival with a contact phone number. If the carrier staff do a strike, MG will not be responsible for the delay in delivery, although will promptly inform the client.
Delivery times are approximate. In the event that there is any inventory shortage or unavailability of an item, GM will contact inmediatelly you to communicate it and give you a new deadline, or if it was not possible to serve the product, cancel from the order. In any case, a delay in delivery in relation to the times does not entitle the customer to demand compensation.
For items with dates of future availability, delivery time is 10 to 15 days from the expected date of availability.
MG limits its liability for not meeting the deadline provided to return of amounts paid by the customer, declining any further liability or damage arising from failure of delivery of all merchandise on time.
Product Returns and property subject
MG accept product returns, within the first 7 CALENDAR DAYS from the date of goods receiption by the customer, subject to the conditions set out on this page.
After that period, the products will be considered compliant and accepted by the Client without claim possibility. If the material is returned after this 7 calendar days, MG will not accept the return and will return the material with postage due.
- Return terms for private clients. No returns will be accepted for the following products:
- According to Law 47/2002 of the Retail Trade, can not be returned products that are made with a custom configuration and in general all that product prepared according to the specifications of the consumer.
- Can't be returned products may be reproduced or copied immediately, and those that have been unsealed.
- Products been tested or used and can't longer be sold as new.
- Products in kind of "blister" packing.
- Accessories: we can not accept returns of accessory products, as these are factory orders directly to customer's request.
- Can't be returned offer section products, and in general, products ordered directly to manufacturers or wholesalers.
Return terms for company cusomers
Company buys returns are not allowed, except in the case of product returns under warranty.
Such returns will be processed as RMA, because there is no law governing the rights of return between companies and those procedures are regulated under the conditions of each company.
These conditions do not cancel the warranty or replacement of defective products under warranty according to manufacturer provided warranty.
To make a return you must:
- Contact with us to allow us to acept the return by sending an email to: infoweb@meliumglobal.com where you clearly inform: the item name, purchase date and a detailed explanation of the damage or reason for the return.
- Only pre-authorized returns will be accepted. Once approved you do the return.
- The defective item will be collected and replaced by another in perfect condition. The return must be in original packaging and returned by MG's collection transport.
- All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging in mint condition and protected so as not received with seals or tape transport and keep all original accessories and instructions. Otherwise MG reserves the right to refuse the return.
- Do not use seals or tape directly on the box.
- Include in the package a copy of your order invoice.
- Once the goods are received and verified that are in perfect condition, refund will be processed if the amount indicated.
- Do not send the goods until you have received the Returns Number (RMA). WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS THAT DO NOT HAVE THE NUMBER OF RETURN.
The refund will be made through the payment method you used in the purchase, except that they have paid on delivery. In this case the refund will be made via bank transfer.
MG won't return the amount or make any forwarding of goods until it has verified the receipt and status of packaging and accessories item being returned or in our warehouse. The amount to return is the originally contained in the order, excluding transport costs, which will only be returned if MG is responsible for the cause of returning the product. Once verified the correct state of the returned product, GM will reimburse the amount within 30 days.
